Scott was VERY helpful. I was having a bit of a rough time when trying to purchase a vehicle due to credit score, but Scott worked with me til the end to find a vehicle that I absolutely love. I returned to Buerkle Honda to price vehicles after my '07 Accord was totalled in an automobile accident. I had worked with Paulo in '07 and chose to work with him again. When we inquired online about the 2012 Honda Accord EX-L, black exterior and interior, Jim Raff responded immediately after receiving our request. When we called to say that we wanted to purchase this specific auto, he verified that it was still available before returning our call. Scott Bohnen helped with the financing. With Honda's Feb. 2012 special financing rate for qualified individuals, it made sense to us to finance instead of paying cash. Because Jim Raff took our information over the phone, the paperwork was complete when we arrived. Scott Bohnen carefully reviewed with us the terms & conditions. When we first met with Jim, we shared with him that we were also looking at another make & model. When we called back to notify him that we were going with the Honda, he asked why.
