Jim was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new vehicle. He is so friendly and easy to talk to we felt totally comfortable. He carefully and patiently went through the pricing of the new car. As we wanted some add-ons that are available, he scheduled a time for us to pick up the new car and to complete the paperwork. He introduced us to Ryan Brown (finance) who handled all the paperwork extremely efficiently. When we arrived the car was ready to go and we met with Ryan to complete the leasing paperwork. Ryan had everything in perfect order so all we had to do was sign. Then Jim took us to our new car and showed us how to operate all the features.
