Hi! I was buying a new car and my husband and I had been to many dealerships looking for the right vehicle and a person we could work well with. He kept in contact as we thought it through and respected our need for time, then did all he could to give us great service once the decision was made. Adam even successfully mediated a compromise between my husband and I on color choice when we disagreed! I have been very happy with the dealership so far, just wish it was a little closer to our home! More

Jim was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new vehicle. He contacted us soon after we had submitted an email through the Costco auto program. Once we had decided upon a vehicle, he explained the trade-in value of our old car and went through the pricing of the new car. As we wanted some add-ons that are available, he scheduled a time for us to pick up the new car and to complete the paperwork. He introduced us to Scott Bohnen (finance)who would be handling all the paperwork. When we arrived the car was ready to go and we met with Scott to complete the purchase. Scott had everything in perfect order so all we had to do was sign. Then Jim took us to our car and showed us how to operate all the new features. He even had the new license plates ready for us and put them on the car. The whole experience was efficient and delightful! We look forward to working with Jim and Scott at some future date for our auto needs. More

My last car purchase was 11 1/2 years ago (a 2000 C-RV). When I finally decided to take a look at the 2012 C-RV, my Girlfriend convinced me to talk to Paulo Neish, her guy at Buerkle Honda. Paulo was very helpful and friendly. He had the right answers to all of my questions, and made sure that I got the car I wanted. Very professional! We worked with Rick Feist who spent hours working with financing to make our arrangements possible to buy our new car. He supported us every step of the way. His knowledge of the automobile is very thorough, he shares his knowledge and information in a very understandable way always with a respectful and friendly manner. He is excellent to work with. He introduced us to everyone and followed up whith each process. He thoroughly and patiently guided us through each facet of the car from a-z!!!
