I have purchased 5 new cars thru Buerkle Honda going back to 1992 and I have always enjoyed stopping in for service for my vehicles because of the friendly staff and the customer waiting area that caters to to 1992 and I have always enjoyed stopping in for service for my vehicles because of the friendly staff and the customer waiting area that caters to the customers needs and comfort. My wife and I purchased a new Honda Pilot at Buerkle on 1/28/12 and our salesperson, Rick Feist, made this buying experience a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Throughout the process he proved to be totally knowledgable of our particular vehicle and went way beyond what was expected in terms of the time he spent with us explaining and demonstrating "all" of the vehicle features. He even took the time to program each of our phones to the bluetooth feature and to set up the GPS to our home base. I am 68 years old and have purchased many new cars over the years and without question, Rick was "by far" the best salesperson I ever dealt with. I would highly recommend both Rick Feist and Buerkle Honda for a car buying experience that you can feel good about. The other item that I have always appreciated about Buerkle is the fact that they do not employ high pressure sales staff or techniques. You can walk into the showroom and brouse if you wish without a salesperson meeting you in the parking lot as you get out of the car and meeting you at the door wanting to show you around. More

Rick was fantastic with my re-lease (I had a 2009 Accord previously). My term was about to expire and he worked ahead to get me into a 2012 model for almost the same exact price!He re-adjusted his work hour previously). Paulo Neish went to great lengths to work out an agreement that was satisfactory to me after Honda Corp had reneged on an advertised financing deal. Although I did not end up with the exact deal Honda had originally proposed, it did suit my needs. He goes the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda. He is honest, direct and friendly. If he doesn't have an answer, he won't make one up. He will find out for you.
