My wife and I recently purchased a certified used Jeep Renegade from this dealership, after about 3 months and less than 100 miles. The service engine light came on again. When we brought it to another dealership, they informed us that It's solenoid needed to be replaced as well as a air filter compartment. These repairs cost us over $1000. The dealership basically told me to go to Hades, and that it was not covered terrible dealership. I will never do business with them again. Do not deal with these people if you want a fair vehicle. Went for service this morning and it was excellent. I did not have to wait that long for an oil change and tire rotation. Joe was friendly and courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Great job. Called the service department for paint bubbling on the hood of my 2022 Durango R/T. Was told bring the car in the next day and I did. Drove from Staten Island to Hazlet to be told "if you didn't buy the hood of my 2022 Durango R/T. Was told bring the car in the next day and I did. Drove from Staten Island to Hazlet to be told "if you didn't buy the car here, we won't do body work". What kind of a response is that? Service adviser Joe didn't bother to ask where I got the car. I've had this and other cars serviced here and was very satisfied. I took a Dodge to a Dodge Dealer and was told the Dodge Dealer won't service my car. What a total waste of time! This service department is the worst. Not only do they not greet you when you arrive but they blatantly ignore you. I Ordered a 3/4 rear window was told the part came in 12/23 but they ha Not only do they not greet you when you arrive but they blatantly ignore you. I Ordered a 3/4 rear window was told the part came in 12/23 but they had no Available openings until 1/15. When I walked in the confusion was unreal there was no record of my part coming in and no knowledge of my appointment even being scheduled. They tried to make it right by giving me a loaner only to be told hours later the part was in correct. Fast forward 24 hours later the car was ready and I was charged over 800 dollars. Needless to say I willl never do business of any kind with this dealership! More
Very unhappy with the service dept. My car wouldn't start...knew it was battery. Could not get me in until 4/11 or later. Need my vehicle bc i care for elderly person. Bought a Certified pre owned vehicle that was 2 years old and 47k miles. The car lost compression in the engine the SAME DAY WE BOUGHT IT.
