In all my years, that being approximately 40 years of buying and leasing our family vehicles, I have never experienced as painless as a purchase transaction as I have with Clare and Charles of Buhler. I never thought a car deal was able to be treated with the ease and honesty as was experienced with Buhler. I do not typically write reviews, however, it is necessary in this case because buying and leasing a vehicle is a nerve wracking, stressful experience and it was the complete opposite. My family and I walked out of Buhler Jeep astounded. I am very very hard to please and am always ready to walk away from a deal and that was not even a thought in my mind ever. Just amazing. 99% of other dealers that I have dealt with thoughtout the years don't even know what they don't know . Buhler is a refreshing exception and I am sure can sleep at night having NOT deceived the most times unsuspecting consumer. More

REALLY ANNOYED Brought my truck in for repairs and scheduled maintenance. They told me the work was done to find out that they didn't do half of the required maint Brought my truck in for repairs and scheduled maintenance. Rescheduled again told me it was done still didn't finish required maintenance and lied to me saying that they did it. Now they have to order another part and i'm returning for the third time. Very annoyed I bring my vehicle in for an oil change every 6 weeks. Then how did they overlook that the tread on my tires was bad. They told me on Dec 10th i nee I bring my vehicle in for an oil change every 6 weeks. Then how did they overlook that the tread on my tires was bad. They told me on Dec 10th i needed 4 new tires at once, that it was 2 weeks before Christmas and my car payment due. Also they did inform me that to think about Front Pads and Rotors soon. Well that is fine but to have my inquiry as to what something like that would cost and have the service manager ignore my inquires is just poor business and not good customer service. I bought my vehicle from Buhler and they had done all previous work on my vehicle but to be ignored is not good customer service. So needless to say I am very annoyed and i need to have my vehicle properly maintained since I put over 500 miles a week on it. More

Worst service ever . I brought my jeep liberty in for the airbag recall and an oil change. They never did the oil change and the jeep came back with the windows not goi . I was told the switch was no longer any good although it was good when I brought it in For the recall. They didn't have The part in stock and in fact told me that they're no longer manufactured. This after rolling the windows down and leaving it in the parking lot with windows that now won't go up. Total lack of interest in seeing a solution to the problem, I was going to trade the jeep in but now I'm going somewhere else. Still never got the oil change I requested. This is my third bad experience with this crummy dealership and their lack of service talent . During the summer I requested a new grommet for the four-wheel-drive shifter and I got the same story they don't have it and it's not manufactured anymore. Had to go to eBay for brand-new parts. You have to wonder where they get them in a Chrysler Jeep dealer camp More
