Upon explaining the codes on the rejection from DMV Michelle knew exactly what needed to be done. She got me in the next day and problem solved. All the staff were great. Misleading The dealership was supposed to do a once over on the vehicle to double check for any serious issues. They cleared it. A week later I noticed my engine was starting funny. It turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. The service department secretary Tim was extremely unhelpful and rude. He had no knowledge to help resolve the situation and only caused extra stress and unease. I wouldn't buy water from them if I was on fire. More

Excellent new car buying experience I had previously bought a Jeep at a different dealership but chose to try out Buhler because their inventory on the lot was way more expansive than th I had previously bought a Jeep at a different dealership but chose to try out Buhler because their inventory on the lot was way more expansive than their local competitors, and I couldn't be more happy with the choice. From the beginning when I walked on to the lot to the final closing, I never felt any pressure to buy a particular model nor add-ons or other things that other dealerships typically push. Instead, I was given the opportunity to look at a big selection and once I chose what I wanted I was offered a fair deal. My salesperson Sean Ryniec was great, low on pressure but exceedingly helpful and knowledgable, and I will be sending my friends to him and this dealership when they are looking for a new or used Jeep.
