they are a bunch of xxxxxxxx that will rob you for your money. My cousin traded his truck in for a new car and they ripped him off on the price and the car they sold him they charged him more than it was money. My aunt when down there and complained and they laughed at her. For anybody that plans on buying a car there don't buy. this isn't the first bad thing I heard about them. These people should be arrested for what they do to people. I plan on spreading the word around the internet so people dont get scammed out of there money. More
Went in with a trade looking at a used Chrysler. Bought cars there before the fire so I thought I would go back after they rebuilt. Joe Nitti had no clue what he was doing. Paperwork was all wrong with wrong DL number, wrong address etc. He blamed finance guy. Finance guy said it was info they got from me. I think I know my address and DL number. Car had trim that was dented, they said they would replace. They tried to bend it out to fix, no good. They ordered new trim and painted it wrong color. Painted it again. Brakes were bad, had to bring it back days after pick up to have rotors replaced. Headliner fell down prior to my picking up the car. Was not like that when I looked at it. Service gave hard time fixing it because it was not covered under warranty.So much for certified vehicle instection. Still to this date since July 2013 I have never received follow up call from anyone except robocalls about deals on service. Still have received no info on extended warranty purchased. Had to activate Sirius myself because service did not do it. All around bad experience. Should never have rebuilt after fire. More
I brought my car for service in 2013 after scheduling an appointment I advised Tim what needed to be done on the vehicle. When I purchased my car I purchased warranty for the interior of my car. I had the service done to my car before at no additionall car and now I was advised that I had to pay since they lost all their records in the fire and do not recall any warranties sold. They can't repair a remote start or advised me who installed it at the time of my purchase. I was very disappointed in their service and although I am sorry for their loss they should have backups on the computer and not accuse me of lying oabout warranties or work that I previously had done on my car. More

Jeff was so nice, and helpful to make the sale, but once I brought the truck in for the items we agreed would be replaced, he wanted nothing to do with me. Dealing with the service advisor Tim was a nightmare, as he pretty much said yea whatever and left me my wife and 2 small children standing there. To make a very long and irritating story short, the salesman Jeff promised me this that and the other thing, and I had to make 4 trips back to the dealer and receive nasty personal text messages from the him saying he never told me anything was getting fixed! And the service advisor was so rude he didn't even make eye contact, and when a mechanic came in to ask him a question(as he didn't even excuse himself), he said to the meachanic "just give them the run around", speaking about a customer right in front of us! My 4 and 5 year old children acted better than these 2 grown men. The ONLY helpful person was the mechanic that I finally spoke to directly to make sure the correct work was being done. More
I originally got to this dealer for service on a 2008 Dodge Avenger on a repair that was just a bit past warranty. Both Chryler and Buhler honored the warranty, and even though they had my car for a month they only charged me for the first week on the rental and ate the reat of the cost essentially giving me a "loaner" as if I bought the car there. Carlos was very considerate. I happened to be back in for a minor recall and met Jeff Fraley. I became enamored with a 2011 newer version of my Avenger. When I entered the sales area I wasnt bum rushed oer hit with "sales talk". I was asked what I wanted and I told him. I did mention before hand that I wanted to deal with him and not his manager. Jeff was true to his word got me the deal I was looking for and a little bit more. The money guy as I like to call him was great and not creepy. He was upfront with the costs and it didnt take forever. Since then I have referred 7 people with 6 of them buying from the dealership. Almost all of the people working there I have encountered have been pretty good, always greeting you with a smile. I plan on buying my next car from them if I ever get tired of this one. More

I bought the Jeep at Buhler and have been bringing it there for service for 9 years. Their service department is great. I have never felt uncomfortable talking to any of the people working there. They have always been nice, knowledgable, and respectful. I tell everyone I know how much I like bringing my car there. Will be buying a new car in a year or two and it will probably be another Jeep from Buhler, but if it isn't, I will still bring the car there for service. Thanks. More
Salesman Jeff contacted me by e-mail and phone and was not pushy when I explained I was probably going to use a Jeep dealer closer to my home. I finally contacted Jeff 2 months later (after going to 2 other dealers) and after I explained exactly what I was looking for he gave me a fair price right over the phone. He even got me Rebate Dollars I did not know I qualified for making the deal even better. When I arrived at the lot,I found him to be a "Jeep Expert" in my opinion. He worked hard to get me a fair trade in value and I was concerned that the final financial step would not go well because of the great price I was getting. Charlie V, the finance manager, was very informative, and honestly made the process go even smoother. No hard sell on any "upgrades", just good honest information in a relaxed way.Considering the circumstances they are working in after the showroom burned down, this was a great experience for someone who has purchased and leased at least 20 vehicles in my time. I highly recommend speaking to Jeff if you are in the market for any type of Jeep, especially a Wrangler. More

Usually after a deal has been struck, I feel like I have gone through a battle, but not this time. From Jeff's exceptional pricing, Tom's courteous attention to getting the deal done, and Ed's quick and painless financing, I felt like I was treated to a pleasant and rewarding experience. I can honestly say I have never once thought of recommending a dealership after purchasing a new car. Now I feel like I finally can do that. Should any of my friends or family be in the market for a new Chrysler or Jeep, I know where to send them. More
