My husband and Joan started working together on finding the car and Joan came through with ZERO aggravation. She is personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Knowing we were working with another dealer initially, Joan handled herself professionally and respectfully. We got a great deal on the exact car we wanted! We will be going to Buhler in the future, even if it is 90 miles from us and we'll be telling others to do the same!
