No hesitation, she obtained a tag and a few sets of keys and we went for a ride. I didn't buy or even offer a nibble. A week or so later, she sent me an email, I got in some more Cherokees. I thanked her via email. I stopped in on a Saturday morning, we drove another car. I was hooked. I came back with my husband we chatted I drove home with a great Jeep. Joan listened.
