Friendly sales staff, Noah was a little uncooperative with getting the price down at all on a 10 year old vehicle and never really engaged in the sales process. Showed up for scheduled appointment 15 minutes early for new tires. Was notified nearly 2 hours later that the wrong sized tires were ordered. Also was informed that the 15% discount that was emailed to me new tires. Was notified nearly 2 hours later that the wrong sized tires were ordered. Also was informed that the 15% discount that was emailed to me isn’t applicable to new tires. Guess I didn’t read the fine print. Email stated .15% off of recommended service, which this was! Wasted gas, a trip and about a half day of my time and didn’t even get a car wash out for my troubles! Very disappointing experience to say the least. More
