Was an ok experience. 3 hour drive home no gas available for truck. Advantage plan supposed to cover paint but it don’t. We are regular customers, our truck was running rough and the a/c was not as cold as it used to be. $3,300.00 later $1,300.00 of that was a/c charge. We got a call our truck was done and we came and picked i the a/c was not as cold as it used to be. $3,300.00 later $1,300.00 of that was a/c charge. We got a call our truck was done and we came and picked it up. The a/c was not only not fixed it was worse. We were told to bring it back and we were told it would be another $1,400.00 to try something else with the a/c. We have the feeling that if they throw enough s*it against the wall something might work. In this sh*ty economy we don't have they luxury of spending 13 or 14 hundred dollars to try the next idea if something might work. More
