NOT EVEV ONE STAR GMC dealership through they fixed the problem on my 2018 sierra 1500 Denali. when it was around 30k miles, I took it in because the whole truck was shaking during low or high speed and th problem on my 2018 sierra 1500 Denali. when it was around 30k miles, I took it in because the whole truck was shaking during low or high speed and the GMC dealership did was replaced the fluid for Torque converter shudder. Fast forward my truck now has 62k miles and it just doing it again a couple of months ago, the whole truck was shaking during low and high speed. I took it in to the same dealership today for a oil change and tire rotation and to have them look into the SHUDDER problem again and they told me because it now has 62k miles on it and it’s out of warranty and I was told again that I’m completely on my own at this point. I was also told previously that I have to pay for the diagnostic fee but they didn’t charge me for it today. However they quoted me for replace fluid again for $945.45 and I was told I’ll need to do the torque converter if the shudder is happening again and again I was reminded that I have to cover all of the repair cost. This is a on going problem since day one. I’m extremely disappointed by the way the GMC dealership is handling this issue with no accountability and transparency. This is not the end. I’m asking you to do the right thing. More

Surprisingly very organized.
