When my tailgate malfunctioned and broke a taillight, they quickly repaired the tailgate, Terrain multiple times, and I appreciate their timely work! When my tailgate malfunctioned and broke a taillight, they quickly repaired the tailgate, though they didn’t replace the taillight, which felt like an odd oversight, but I'm assuming it's most likely due to someone having a bad day and taking it out on customers unjustly. I’d recommend they reconsider this policy, but overall, they’ve been dependable with my vehicle’s needs. More
