Donna Corlew has always been a very professional and knowledgeable service rep for me. She once diagnosed a problem I was having where I could not gain access to my car. It was because the key fob for knowledgeable service rep for me. She once diagnosed a problem I was having where I could not gain access to my car. It was because the key fob for my gym access was interfering with my car's key fob. No one else at this dealership or elsewhere could figure out that problem. I value that kind of knowledge. On this visit, everything went well until I left the dealership after having routine maintenance...oil change, tires rotated, etc. They said I needed a new air filter for the engine, so I approved it. When I left the dealership, I only made it a short distance and one stop before I noticed there was still a noise coming from the engine after I stopped, turned the car off, and exited the vehicle. Then I noticed the Service Engine light came on. I immediately went back to the dealership. It was Donna who figured out the problem, and it did not take long. The technician had failed to plug in the new air filter for the engine! Mistakes can happen . . . People can get distracted. The noise was the fan running nonstop trying to cool the engine. Crazy! Anyway, Donna diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. I was back out on the road within 15 minutes, and have not had any problems since. More
