Very disappointed with last service. My part took almost 2 weeks to come in. My bill was over 2500.00 and when part came in took only 4 hrs labor but most of the bill was for labor charg My part took almost 2 weeks to come in. My bill was over 2500.00 and when part came in took only 4 hrs labor but most of the bill was for labor charge. When I picked up my car the air conditioner was blowing hot air and when brought to Donny's attention he immediately told me that the air conditioner had nothing to do with turbo before even looking. He had the car brought back to the garage where they noticed hose was punctured. He stated that it must have been accidentally done while removing part. I had to then wait there for an additional 1.5 hours for it to be replaced. The bill was supposed to be an even 2500. as agreed upon. I did realize on receipt days later that an additional 75.00 was charged for using credit card. This should have been explained to me before billing. More
