I was very disappointed by the way in which an accessory order error was handled and how it was assumed that customers know the ins and outs of the G I was very disappointed by the way in which an accessory order error was handled and how it was assumed that customers know the ins and outs of the GMC portal/website. At the end of the day, it was remedied but I felt that it could have been handled better. In addition, while waiting, conversations were overheard that might uncover some shady business practices with the push of wiper blades for customers who clearly did not need them or ask for them. There were at least 3 occurrences of these conversations which ultimately made my decision to not come back. I will be using Coast GMC from now on where we purchased our vehicle from. More
