Stay away from this dealership! We purchased a new 2026 GMC Sierra EV with a 3 year subscription for Sirius radio. Sirius radio states the dealership had sold our truck previousl We purchased a new 2026 GMC Sierra EV with a 3 year subscription for Sirius radio. Sirius radio states the dealership had sold our truck previously to another person who got the 3 year subscription and they can’t help us until that gets resolved. We have made multiple attempts to get the dealer to get the issue resolved or give us our money back. Still nothing at all! We were told that the General Manager would be giving us a call but of course that call never came. We are now forced to spend time filing complaints with General Motors, the BBB and the state’s attorney general all because of a 3 year $300 subscription! Would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership because once they get your money you are on your own. Update: 4/3/26 So the General manager left a response to our google review. ( I guess just to make himself look good to other customers) for us to contact him directly in regards to our issue. HaHa, That was a joke! we sent him an email with no response and we have documented 6 separate phone calls and each time we were told he was there but was unavailable, they said they would have him return the call. Of course he never called. Again, BUYER BEWARE! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this dealership and especially the General Manager is by far the worst I have ever experienced! We will keep you posted on our continued efforts to resolve this issue. More
