I arrived, waiting at the front desk, watching Doreen train a new employee, and was very rude to him, and ignored me for several minutes before finally paying attention to me and why I was there and had train a new employee, and was very rude to him, and ignored me for several minutes before finally paying attention to me and why I was there and had the trainee do the intake of my vehicle which caused a big delay because I was used as a guinea pig for training, and she was very obnoxious to the trainee and was not friendly at all to me. I was told that my weight would be two hours and it end up being two hours and 45 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. I waited inside the dealership, but I could not conduct any business because the music was blasting, and there was no quiet area to sit so I ended up sitting outside in the heat on a step, in the parking lot I will probably never come to the dealership ever again, unless I absolutely need to More
