I was told that my weight would be two hours and it end up being two hours and 45 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. I waited inside the dealership, but I could not conduct any business because the music was blasting, and there was no quiet area to sit so I ended up sitting outside in the heat on a step, in the parking lot I will probably never come to the dealership ever again, unless I absolutely need to More
