I went there today. And again the service level and kindness of the service staff is at best a 4 out of 10! Again I’ll need to rent a car and spend money out of pocket because you need to first diagnose it before you can approve a rental, which will probably again take a few days! Even though you fixed it already I still have to spend money! You buy a luxury $100K car and get a service like I bought a Fiat or something
