Sir, I have reached out via Facebook messenger, two Customer VIPs, your front desk, and Lithia motors. There is no way this is a surprise; it's been going on since a week before thanksgiving. I rarely rarely get responded to, and if so, they just say "well the parts on backorder".

Got the car today. I get there, my car, which still has my belongings in it, is parked in a normal parking space, with all the doors unlocked. I went inside. I asked why my car was sitting there unlocked with my stuff in it. She said that they shouldn’t do that and I agreed. Then she told me that the cars been ready since last week. I said, why didn’t anyone Contact me? She said that she had been out, but she thinks that one person may have tried calling me, but then I quickly pointed out that there is no voicemail left and considering how much I’ve been contacting the dealership I would’ve thought one of their managers would’ve let me know the second it was ready. But no they did not. I won’t be returning to this dealership ever even for oil changes don’t feel they deserve my business. It’s literally insane that twice, they sold me cars that very quickly broke down, then my warranty PAID THEM TO FIX. This whole thing has been great for their service department, Goodness only knows what they’ve been charging the Warranty people. I find this extremely suspicious personally. The very “best” part, I swear I’m not exaggerating, was that while I was in the Little office the service area another customer overheard me asking why my car was left there unlocked and told me how and why I should make a case against them for that because he’s had to create multiple cases against them himself. Then told him my whole story he told me his whole story, Basically, this place really really sucks
