Sergio refuses to listen when asked about other deal options and also gives you the run around that there's no better deal out there and he has the best inventory; and blah blah blah. Literally I lost 4.5 hours trying to work different deals, looking at different scenarios with this clown, where I always lost and at the end he wanted me to drop like $6000. Basically is all win for him and the dealer and not only that, when they run your credit; they mention that is only 1 time which is xx, They ran it 3 times and the HARD way; can you believe that level of no respect? they lied in my face and Sergio kept saying "There's nothing better out there" WOW so Immature. This has been one of the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I'm going to try to make this long story short. Buying this truck was a long process and to many people I had to deal with. Coming bac have ever had. I'm going to try to make this long story short. Buying this truck was a long process and to many people I had to deal with. Coming back and forward to this dealership was a headache. They ran my credit multiple times with companies I did not know about. I told them who I didn't mind them running my credit with. When we were finally able to close on the deal, I found out that the truck was in an accident and the airbag was deployed. The truck had a small dent in the front bumper at the bottom, in which it could be missed if you're not really looking for it. It also had some scratches that looked like someone tried to cover it up with whiteout. Inside the tail gate was full of gravel, don't ask me how. Every time you let the gate down you hear the gravel fall down with it. it cost me an additional $850. to get those problems fixed somewhere else. On top of all that the finance manager Ernesto Llerandi some way somehow screwed up. I have a sunpass account and added this truck I bought to my account. for some reason my sunpass account balance became very low real fast. I logged into my account to find out what was happening. Long story short. they gave someone else the tag that was registered to my truck, to another GMC truck. This other person has run up a toll bill with my tag. and only God Knows what else could be happening with this person with my tag. They gave me a tag the wasn't registered at all. I went back to the dealership to get this problem fixed. They had me sitting and waiting while they were taking care of someone else. I went back to talk with them to find out what is going on, Thats when they took the tag I had and gave me a paper tag and told me that I have to wait for Tallahassee to send me another tag. I felt like I was being brushed off. I was really upset because I paid for a hard plate, couldn't get answers and had to leave with a paper plate. the following week after the holiday I called the tax collector to get some information about my situation. They told me that this is an urgent matter and that I need to go back to the dealership to get this matter resolved because someone else is driving with my tag and the paper tag they gave me is not registered at all. I was told not to drive my vehicle because the tag issue is not resolved and if I get stopped by the police It could be problems. I'm a county bus operator and I can't risk my license for anyone, because this is how I support my family. So, I went back to the dealership to find out what's going on. No body called or update me with what's happening. with my tag. I got there and spoke with the manager on duty I believe his name was Alexis, I explained to him everything that is going on with hopes that he can get this matter resolved. Once again, they had me waiting just to put me back into the hands of Ernesto. he said they was still waiting for a response and I said a response for what? He tried to tell me that no one had my tag until I showed him the sunpass photo of the truck with my tag and I also told him that, that tag is registered under my name. He called some tag agency to get some information about it and once again I felt brushed off. Now he's saying that he will have me a new tag on Monday. meanwhile what about the toll that the other person with that tag has run up, my down time that I can't drive my truck and the reassurance that this other person didn't do anything wrong with that tag since they had it. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. This has been frustrating to the fullest and don't bother to call the office cause all you get is an answering machine. Its more details but this is my short story. Never would I want to do business with them again. I'm still hoping to get this matter resolved ASAP. More
