They're a great dealership that cares about their customers. Doreen and Estafania are both always welcoming and remember me when I get there. My Second Update: I'm just coming back in to say: On the next day, 11.16.23, I made two calls back to the Lithia (formerly Lehman Buick) dealership to check on the loaner car we were told from last night, t next day, 11.16.23, I made two calls back to the Lithia (formerly Lehman Buick) dealership to check on the loaner car we were told from last night, that we could pick up on tomorrow. And so I was able to speak with Salesman Ricardo and he did confirm that we/my son was getting his loaner car the same day of our conversation, 11.16.23. I then called back just a little after five pm to confirm one more time before the 6-6:30 pm pick up and was again told they had a loaner car ready for my son and that Ricardo himself would be the person to assist us when we come in. I was speaking with Ricardo on that second call as well. So we arrived shortly after 6pm and Ricardo did greet my son and shake his hand. Ricardo also came outside to my car and told me he wanted to apologize to my son's mother, face to face; and I accepted his apology in person, just as I did on the phone with him. Not only did my son receive a loaner car, but he's in a lovely, smaller looking SUV and We Love It! So at this point, I have increased a star for Mr. Ricardo; but as for Alfredo Hiller? his star remains at 1 because he never did reach out to me nor my son that I know of, to apologize for stiffing us on that stressful, rainy night when we went there on a blank trip, according to his word, which still Means NOTHING! for the work of his field as a Manager? Oh Please! Do Better Lithia! with Management! In closing, a Service Manager did reach out to me on the 17th, through this channel here; but I'm not in the mood to speak to anyone there! It's a darn shame that I had to write a honest review in order to get the Lithia Dealership to recognize and treat my son and myself with Dignity and Respect after chasing them around because of the undisclosed problems that came with the car deal! When it's all over and my son has the car he purchased from them in his possession, if they can indeed fix it correctly, I'll be back with another review and rating. We know exactly what my son's new, 2022 used car purchase needs; and believe me, we are not settling for any mix-matched, off the market auto parts as was discovered and made known to us! This is exactly how the car was sold to him, without the TRUTH! His car needs to be fitted with the proper and correct, genuine auto maker parts and driving like new! in order for this awful, stinking deal to be corrected and finalized in good faith and grace!
