Hello Sr, the car I bought, nobody explain me dont have the normal and standard option that my old Sierra SLT 1500, have it before, and when see it that, dont give me any options, even when I try to pay to add that on my new car. Those details should be explain it and show it at moment of the sale, now Im driving a car not happy at all, even when I paid a lot for it, I was asking to return it, to buy another whit those options and pay more of course, but even in that, was complicate, cause was explained the manager dont take it back my car, or will be only like an used trading old car, where I loose a lot of money, even when my bought was only one day ago. Not fair. All dealer Im asking, explain me those details should be explain me in the beginning. I was ready to buy this car until arrive the new 2022 september models, to change it again, but now I will loose even more money on the trade. Im not happy whit this sale, or the way that dont give us any solution. Thank you

I was found that the car dont have the normal driver safe packed that usually come included in all the Denali packed trim, even my old STL have it, now I dont feel I upgrade a car, I feel I down it. The other premium or prefered packed I understand, cause are extras and more expensive in all the dealers can be see it, but the normal sensors driver should be included or explain well when its not. Even the parts department said ther that they dont it for me, at any time or any dates. I cant not recommend this dealer whit this situation, or buying again, until I feel the dealer try to undrstand me and help me, thank you.
