If I could give O stars, I would! I purchased a used car a month ago with a promise that it had received maintenance. Additionally, I was told that if I didn't like the car, I could return it within 5 days or 500 miles. I tried to return it, called many times, but received no response. I went to the dealer, and they promised to get back to me, but they never did. The customer service is terrible. I decided to keep the car, but I discovered it hadn't received any check-up. During the purchase, I bought an extra warranty for bumper-to-bumper coverage and wheel and tire protection. Unfortunately, I trusted the financial guy and believed the maintenance protection was added. To my surprise, he added the tire and wheels coverage but did not add the most important package. For the past two weeks, I have been trying to get information about the package, but there has been no response. Now, I have a car for which I cannot request warranty coverage, and they are ignoring my requests for information about a package that cost me over $5,000. I have bought many cars, but this is by far the worst place I have ever visited! If you care about your things, do not go to this place. Poor service! I received a response to reply to the dealer after a week: Worst experience ever. I wrote a complaint about O all the issues and lack of communication in a Google review. They sent me a standard reply and provided the contact information for Mr. Ray (rayrodriguez@lithia.com). l sent all the details about the issues five days ago, but to my surprise, or perhaps not, I have received zero replies from this dealer. If they can't resolve or reply to a customer, my recommendation is to run away. This is the worst dealer l've ever purchased a car from in my last 20 car purchases. Please find better customer service; you and your money deserve it. If you want to solve my problem, you have my phone and email.
