The service department is wonderful and I really appreciated the video version of the “all points inspection” showing me the undercarriage of my car, the rotors, the brake pads, the tires, and all o appreciated the video version of the “all points inspection” showing me the undercarriage of my car, the rotors, the brake pads, the tires, and all of the issues which the technician could see and was able to show me what was really going on. I was very impressed with an honest evaluation and a visual look at exactly what they were talking about and what was going on with my car. It made spending money for new brake pads and induction flush, brake flush, and four new tires a lot less painful to write the check for than if someone had just mumbled all this stuff to me without me being able to actually see what was going on underneath my car. Super impressed and super happy with the outcome and now I have my car for many, many more miles and I feel very safe. My baby has new shoes and I’m so happy! More
