I made an appointment for an oil change. It took more than 2 hours for the oil change. Then I was told that to help maintain my car, I should spend over $1000 to get everything done that my It took more than 2 hours for the oil change. Then I was told that to help maintain my car, I should spend over $1000 to get everything done that my car needed. This car only has 26,000 miles on it. I finally agreed to replace 2 air filters in my car. When I got the bill I had a coupon to get $25 off parts. I was told I should present that coupon when I signed in. I only signed in for an oil change. I had no idea I would need to use my coupon. I feel like I was being pressured to spend more money on my car for things I didn't understand why this was needed. I will probably be using another garage for my oil changes. I will keep what I was told that my car needed and will ask for a second opinion on what this car needs. This also happened the last time I was in for an oil change. Evidently the service department gets a commission when they convince a customer to have other work done. More
