We dealt with Chris Duncanson. He is very knowledgeable and spoke with accuracy about the RLX, RDX and MDX. After a test drive with the RLX we decided to "switch gears" and began looking into an SUV. Chris provided us with his undivided attention and answered all our questions. He introduced us to Sophie Morris, Head Sales Manager, to initiate a relationship with her. Both of them were very professional, and made it clear they were there to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Over the course of the next few days Chris stayed on top of searching for a car with the color combination we desired. He made multiple contacts through email and phone... WITHOUT BUGGING US. We ultimately chose a different brand, but it was not because of anything Chris did or did not provide for us. If we were to purchase an ACURA in the future, we WOULD NOT HESITATE to contact Chris.
