My wife and I had the extreme pleasure to meet and work with Gillian at Crown Acura. We went in looking at purchasing a vehicle of one model but had a lot of questions. She was extremely patient with us and pent mulriple hours going over details about vehicles we test drove.
She never wavered from being attentive to our needs. She stayed late to make sure of that.
We bought a car that we love and due to Gillian, we will continue to use her and Crown. A great shopping experience was had!

I enjoy getting a new car every few years and Crown Acura has made my leasing experiences smooth and easy for over 12 years. Richard Morris has always been my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and always finds me exactly what I am looking for. He's very patient (I change my mind a lot) and extremely helpful when it comes to teaching how to use all the new features on each new car. I am on my 7th Acura and my husband is on his 3rd. We've even recruited several of our friends to become part of the Acura family and they've all been loyal customers for years as well. I have never had a bad experience whether I was dealing with sales, service or finance. I couldn't ask for a better dealership or more reliable brand of car!
