I was humiliated by their staff with their delivery how it was presented to me when told they could not give me a loan. Will asked me to come into Bull Valley Ford and ensured me that he can help me. He and Mark along with others worked together and got me a super low interest rate AND................wait for it......y'all ready............DROVE off the lot with a brand new 2018 Escape FULLY LOADED right within what I was paying on the lease I was returning (that by the way I got from Tom Peck Ford)! While my day started out rocky and I thought there was no chance...... Will, Mark and his team came THROUGH and blessed me. I am still in shock that I have this beautiful brand new mini SUV sitting in my garage. I am so thankful and I appreciate all they did for me.
