10 Reviews of Bull Valley Ford - Service Center
Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service! More
Worst service dept (manager) I have used in my life. I left an honest review (unfavorable). & I was told by service "they were no longer going to work on my vehicle (new Explorer ST) because I gave them I left an honest review (unfavorable). & I was told by service "they were no longer going to work on my vehicle (new Explorer ST) because I gave them a bad (honest) review. No call to ask what happened - how can we fix, etc. I was literally told "We have plenty of people who want to come here we don't need you) Zero stars! Unbelievable! Bill, I would like you (& all!) to be aware of what is going on @ Bull Valley Ford (unknowingly?) I purchased my Explorer June 20th 2021. The truck had been in for service a couple times to repair the XM radio quitting working every 2-3 weeks? trivial but the only way to repair it was to do a master reset (losing all GPS info-phone connection-wi-fi-etc.) not the end of the world but very annoying. My third service appt for this was made a week (or so) in advance & was as early as possible (6 am) to try to get the repair done the same day. (no loaner was available so I was waiting at home). at approx 4:00 I was called & told no work was done & could I leave the car another day. I came to pick up the truck at 5:00 & found it being worked on. The mechanic who did the work brought the truck out & explained he updated software & the problem has been solved ever since! My problems begin when I received a service survey letter from Ford Motor Company & I responded honestly about my experience with Bull Vally Ford.(your service manager has a copy, please read it!) 2 days ago I called to make an appointment for an oil change & I was told “ We are no longer to perform service on my vehicle because i gave them a bad survey review”. At this point I thought he was joking but he was not. I then asked for the general managers extension (I think he sent me to the service mgr.?) I left a voicemail to call be back (Brandon I believe?) after a little phone tag I got in touch with Brandon? to discuss the problem. Brandon said he was the one who put the note in the computer due to the bad survey response I had submitted. I am 58 years old & have never in my life heard of such a thing happening to anybody & I told this to Brandon (forgive me if this is not his name?). Brandons response to me was “Why would I want to come back if the service was so bad & “we have 20 customers that want to come here for every one that doesn’t. (If I go to a restaurant & have bad service, bad food or experience - I still give them a second chance!) Ford motor Company sends out surveys to their customers i’m sure they do it expecting honest answers not only reviews that are in the dealers favor. In my review I was honest & I was not happy with my experience (with the exception of the XM issue being fixed) but at this point it was not an unsalvageable relationship. There was no attempt to reach out to me & I never received a call from anyone at Bull Valley. Not a we’re sorry about your experience, What was the problem? How can we re gain your trust again? We will do better next time? Let’s discuss what you were unhappy about? The reason this happened is? ( you get the point) All I got was we're done with you & we have plenty of business we don’t need yours. I own my own business & have been in sales most of my life. I cannot even comprehend the mindset this individual has to speak to a customer in this manner (un-apologetically!). I hope this is not the view of Bull Vally Fords customer service & I wanted everyone to be aware of your customer service situation. I would be happy to discuss this with anyone interested (with the exception of Brandon). Please feel free to call me anytime. Letter to dealer - no response! More
Tom lied to me about my car being covered under it warranty for services. I need to get my Ford focus’s transmission fixed for shuttering which has been covered under warranty the last two times at Pa warranty for services. I need to get my Ford focus’s transmission fixed for shuttering which has been covered under warranty the last two times at Packey Webb. I took my car to Bull Valley for the same issue my car has had before. Tom claimed that my car would be fixed under warranty as usual, but the transmission tech was on vacation. He gave me a loaner vehicle and said my car wouldn’t be fixed for at least a week. The next day they call me and say that Steve can in on his vacation time and said he was unable to get my car to stutter. They told me it would have to go above this “900” number and they couldn’t get the number above “875” to fix under warranty. When I picked up my car they charged me $100 to NOT fix it because Steve came in on his vacation days. Needless to say, I called Packey Webb Ford and all 5 techs there said there’s no such thing as any 900 number that has to do with a transmission. The team at Bull Valley lie to scam you out of money and won’t even fix the issue your car has. I highly recommend going anywhere but this dealership. More

whole dealership is a joke This dealership is struggling to say the least. I am going to give it a full review in hope that someone actually pays attention. First of sales, well This dealership is struggling to say the least. I am going to give it a full review in hope that someone actually pays attention. First of sales, well I am actually pretty sure this dealership does not sale cars period. They have inventory but I drive by about five times a week and the same cars/trucks are still sitting there. I have gone to this dealership more then five times looking for cars/truck and normally the used selection is terrible. The last truck I looked at was a 2010 ford f-350 diesel. I saw one was available and went to check it out. It was a awesome looking joke of a truck, looked great from about 20 feet away by clearly a used plow truck and the underneath was basically gone. When I asked the salesman why they feel this truck is worth above $2000 above market he said that this is how this dealer markets their truck and the appraised in used good condition standards There were rust bubbles on the rear fenders The service department, so I bought a ford f-250 at a different dealership and the radiator started leaking, also the overhead light stopped working. I made an appt and called to ensure that a loaner car would be available, I was told that they aren’t that type of dealership and that they only have like 6 loaners and that a loaner car had a 3-week wait time. Lucky I live and work in the same town so I dropped it off and sucked it up. I get a phone call that the radiator needs replacement and that there is a wiring issue with the light! Great but they can have it done ASAP and parts are on order. I think it pretty weird that they could get my f-250 diesel radiator out and in within that timeframe but figure they are just guessing. The next day I get the truck back, the light wiring costing $775.00 and still doesn’t work!!!! The radiator looks like the used stop a leak and sprayed gray paint on the old radiator? At a cost of $2400.00 So long story short, I and anyone I know will never ever take anything to this dealership ever again, lucky for me will suffer no big loss as ford dealers are all over the place here. So please do yourself a favor and used a good dealership. More

Awesome people! Awesome! We needed our vehicle serviced and they got us in the next day! Fixed our car perfectly and we're done hours before they said it would take s Awesome! We needed our vehicle serviced and they got us in the next day! Fixed our car perfectly and we're done hours before they said it would take so we didn't have to wait long. The other dealership couldn't even get me scheduled for a month. These are the best people to work with. While there we had a question about our lease and Mark, and James were so thorough we left with more than all our questions answered. More
Terrible Asked for a price for a trailer receiver while getting an oil change and the older gentleman at the service desk made me feel like a burden for wanti Asked for a price for a trailer receiver while getting an oil change and the older gentleman at the service desk made me feel like a burden for wanting to spend money here. He said rudely "I'm busy I'll get to it when I can." Also he was very rude to his younger fellow employee. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also the oil change was more expensive than advertised on TV. More
VERY bad service experience! I took my 2013 Expedition EL with 50,000 miles into Bull Valley because it nearly died on me driving home on Tuesday, 11/4/14. It acted like the tran I took my 2013 Expedition EL with 50,000 miles into Bull Valley because it nearly died on me driving home on Tuesday, 11/4/14. It acted like the transmission wasn't shifting properly, check engine light was on, would barely drive, etc. They didn't even look at the car on Wednesday, but told me Thursday they had it figured out, parts were on order and it should be ready on Friday. I called at lunch today (Friday), as no one called me to update status, and they said it was all ready. I just came home from going to pick it up, and only made it a few blocks!!! SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!! I asked if anyone even test drove it, and the advisor shrugged and said "I guess they did." So now it's Friday night, and they won't be back in to even look at it until Monday. I had my doubts about this place, but couldn't have made it to another Ford dealer, or I would have. The service department is small, dark, old, tools everywhere and looks like a shop run by someone who doesn't really know what they're doing, or doesn't care about customer impressions, or both. Will see what response I get come Monday. Will update this review then, as well. Not expecting anything but more problems and a bunch of excuses. Hopefully I'm wrong and can write a big, fat apology. If not, I will call Ford and see if I can have it towed somewhere else for the warranty work. More
