Got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price Bought a Highlander Hybrid, but they had to bring it in from another location, so there was a wait. They diagnosed the issue and were going to fix the seat heaters. Unfortunately, they needed my car for 2 days and I needed my car. I recently moved to Burien and had time to leave my car with a dealership, so I gave Toyota of Burien a try. I should have stuck with Toyota of Seattle. The service writer said her tech couldn't find anything wrong with the seats. I asked her if she could see any notes left on my account from Toyota of Seattle, and she said "yes" but she didn't know what it meant. The service writer did not offer any alternatives, so I said I would bring it back to Toyota of Seattle. More
