Hate to give all of Burke a bad rap but honestly fix an issue before it's a customers problem! Had an issue with oil consumption for a while, tests done but inconclusive because of inadequate test results and documentation. Why is this now my problem? Extended warranty to replace Pistons because they have been known to corrode due to faulty systems pertaining to the oil and fuel consumption. There are specific guidelines to which the extended warranty applies. Customer's experiences/complaints is not one of them.

So, for me to tell you that my vehicle has almost stalled, numerous times with my young child in the car must not be of any concern to address or diagnose a problem. The problems arise when the oil diminishes. Why make problems for customers? Your check engine light is on but when we diagnosed it, a bunch of other lights came on so it could be from anything. How does that help me? That creates another problem. The vehicles issues are now problematic for my life. I'd be happier without this vehicle. I'd be more secure taking a PVTA!
