STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They should all be charged as criminals for their practices they tell the customers. Their service department charged me for work they didn’t even do. We’re not talking about $ criminals for their practices they tell the customers. Their service department charged me for work they didn’t even do. We’re not talking about $1000 worth of work. We’re talking about $5000. I paid to have the catalytic converter replaced along with some other work. They did a terrible job on the other work and didn’t even replace the catalytic converter. Even when I have a receipt from them showing all parts and labor were paid for. The work they didn’t do was verified by a ASE mechanic at another shop. They told me there was NO way that the catalytic converter was ever replaced. I guess this is why the “check engine” light stayed on after I paid and picked it up. When I called the service rep back he said he didn’t know why the light would still be on and said I’d have to pay for another diagnostic. Keep in my they are supposed guarantee their work, parts, and whatever else lies they say they guarantee. Stay away from this place, especially if you are a female. They will prey on your vulnerability of not knowing. I’ve reported them to the better business bureau. Unbelievable More
I bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado High Country from Burleson Honda on 12/31/2021. There were some problems after the sale, but the dealership made everything right. Burleson Honda on 12/31/2021. There were some problems after the sale, but the dealership made everything right. More
Horrible experience with the service department. Took my honda in for oil change, tire rotation/balance and inspection. They Broke my oil pan and then took 5 days to fix it. I had to call each day for a p honda in for oil change, tire rotation/balance and inspection. They Broke my oil pan and then took 5 days to fix it. I had to call each day for a progress report and it was one excuse after another. They did give me a loaner car. The service department at this dealership has really gone down hill in the last couple of years and don't care about customer service. I am no longer a Honda fan and that's sad because I owned honda's for 25 years. More

Luis Mercado and Tony Arredondo made it easy for me to upgrade from a 2013 CRV to a 2021 Passport. They treated this gray-haired senior citizen the respect and kindness. I am updating my review based on my latest interaction and conversation with the GM, Mike Rasmussen. After a tumultuous purchasing process, I spoke with Mr. Rasmussen and we ironed out the issues. He i and conversation with the GM, Mike Rasmussen. After a tumultuous purchasing process, I spoke with Mr. Rasmussen and we ironed out the issues. He is a very personable and professional person, and my experience with him was very pleasant. He listened to my side of things and genuinely wanted to help in any way he could. He took his share of responsibility for the problems with the transaction process and let me know that things were being addressed. I greatly appreciate his time and attention to this matter. In addition, I want to give my complements to Trent, the Service Manager. He really tried to help in any way that he could and wound up on the receiving end of an unfortunate situation. I have nothing but good things to say about him, and I apologize to him for getting caught up in a situation where he was just trying to help. My complements to Mr. Rasmussen for his handling of a delicate situation and tenacity in trying to resolve it to the best of his ability. More
Spent the entire day trying to obtain a final price for a vehicle they had posted online. The vehicle was posted on several websites for a good price. However, when getting the information for the bank the d vehicle they had posted online. The vehicle was posted on several websites for a good price. However, when getting the information for the bank the dealership added thousands of dollars in service fees. I asked for disclosure for the work on a car with only 36,000 miles on it. The "service" was touch up paint, changing of fluids, and rotation of tires. The vehicle was not available without the thousands of dollars worth of fees. It was simple click bait to get you to their dealership. I have never had to pay for repairs on the purchasing side of a vehicle. The repair costs should have come from the sellers side. The entire process was deceptive in nature. List the car for the price you are selling it for. Don't add thousands of dollars on at the end and call it a service fee. More
