I ran into some obstacles on approval at first because of my trade in being upside down but Diego and the fianance team still found a way to make things happen! I'm very happy with my new car and plan to go Burleson Honda and refer friends and family for any future purchases. UPDATE 1/30/20: I changed my review from five star to one. My husband and I went in on Saturday for Honda's 2020 inventory sale, had an entire conversation with Daniel Duran about the sale and told him I was interested in the grey 2020 EX-L accord and he mentioned how they only had one left so he grabbed a car that didn't have the detailed window sheet and brought it up for us to test drive. Test drive went great and we loved the vehicle. We came back in and discussed numbers, Mike, the general manager, also came out and asked us what we thought of the 2020 accord. Then we offered a trade in that they offered a very low value for compared to my quoted value on their website. I mentioned the value I was quoted then he asked me if he gave full value if he could earn our business so I said yes. He ran our credit then told us he'd get back to us about the results and numbers in the morning. Before we left the dealership I realized I forgot to ask for the pricing sheet so I had my husband call him and he said he'd send a photo. Once he sent the photo I realized he pulled a bait and switch. He had us test drive a 2018 honda accord ex-l which explains why the sheet was missing and why he mentioned it had 26k miles on it. I thought it was odd at first but for whatever reason didn't think twice about it. Not only that but he added dealer services I didn't even ask for. It's one thing to bring me a pre-owned vehicle but not a 2018 and add fees on there that weren't discussed with me. This also isn't the first time I've had issues with this dealership. When I bought my Honda Civic from them I was told it was a certified pre-owned, it even had a plate saying certified pre-owned but when I decided to purchase it and looked over the paperwork, they added charges and said it was to certify it... Fortunately, they resolved that issue. Then a week or so after I bought it the battery would die within two mins if the car was on accessory mode and it turns out it had a bad battery. I had to go through a bunch of crap to get them to replace it luckily the manager in the service dept was kind about it and had it replaced. Anyways, I could understand if it was a honest mistake but I've seen them try to cheat me out of money before and I had a whole discussion about the "2020 inventory sale" he even confirmed it with me and I mentioned it several other times... The last time we were in there I said I was interested in a specific vehicle and both times he brought me something different.. The second one was an Accord but it was a sport even though I asked for an Ex-l... So, because they continue to think I'm stupid and continue to try and take advantage of me, I'll just wait until I receive my tax refund and go to vandergriff... You'd think since I bought my first car from them that the second car purchase would be a better experience... That was not the case.... I even showed the pricing sheet to my friend who has been selling cars for years and he also heard the whole conversation and agreed that we were being scammed... Thanks for making my husband's first car buying experience a terrible one... More

We traded in a vehicle nearly 3 weeks ago and the dealership still hasn't paid off the trade-in to the loan company that held the note on the trade-in. Doug Taylor is the sales associate that approached me and I let him know that I was just there looking. Doug was very attentive and let me know that he heard what I was saying. Doug showed me several cars and we discussed my options. He worked hard with me knowing that I wasn't looking to buy that day. He made this such a great and painless experience that I decided to go back the next day and buy my new car. I had a long drive and he and Mike humored and patient. He answered any question I may have had. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. I had a long drive and he and Mike as well as the finance officer made every effort to make sure I left very satisfied in all aspects of the sale and purchase of the vehicle I drove down to purchase . I would give them ten stars but being they only allow five they will have to settle for that. Great people and great dealership. Fred More

Met Tyler Farley in service dept who I stopped by yesterday to Burleson Honda and had an issue with my blue tooth connection on my 2017 Honda Accord. Met Tyler Farley in service dept who not only showed me how to connect my phone but addressed the issue preventing me from completing this task myself. He was not only professional but extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that my issue was resolved. Big shout out to him, as he is a major asset to the dealership and the brand of Honda. Thank you Tyler for a job well done!!! More
Beware of Hidden fees!!! BAIT & SWITCH! The price they listed on their website is not what they will quote you in person! I also used the USAA TrueCar app which gives Milita BAIT & SWITCH! The price they listed on their website is not what they will quote you in person! I also used the USAA TrueCar app which gives Military discount price but they don’t follow it. What is the point of having those apps as a tool for car buying guide if dealership doesn’t follow it. The salesman and manager will always find a way to make an excuse and blame something like inaccurate prices on USAA TrueCar app that promises accuracy and instant price breakdown on vehicles from dealership that they partnered with. I mean c’mon it’s 2020, stop living like it’s 1985! People can find the answer over the internet nowadays and compare. It’s disappointing and that they treat people like veteran customers with a whopping extra $2100 on the top of a used car valued under $15k!!! By the law, consumers only pay for Tax, Title, and License (registration). Document fees should be at the maximum of $150. I was told that the $2100 is to recoup the cost for the reconditioning of the vehicle and when I checked the battery the sticker was dated 06/18 which is 2 years old!!! Make sure y’all check the battery stickers for date (warranty) and tires are stamped with dates because that’s how manufacturers keep track of the warranty! Don’t let dealership ripoff honest people and don’t let Honda Burleson take your hard earned money. Only pay for what is listed on the website and the Actual Vehicle Value. Any extras like tint, wheel locks, and etc are not required to pay by the law! Dealership installed items are gimmicks! I understand the work that is done but if they are going to charge me extra $2100 for reconditioning then why they didn’t even fix the bumper damage of the car. The only thing that is relevant to the repairs are the new tires and that’s it! When I talked to the manager I told him that I don’t want to pay for dealership fee $2100 because it’s not listed on their website. They will try to argue and show you the generic message (footnotes*) thinking they can somehow make you believe that you are required to pay extra because you are stupid enough not to understand the internet price and basic math! Stop making excuses, be fair and honest to customers. Don’t even mention transparency if you can’t itemized the items for charging extra $2100. It’s a xxxx used car! Not an antique. Car buying experience should be fun but my salesman asks me questions like I’m a dollar sign! Be knowledgeable on the product and explain the functionality of the vehicle before proceeding with the price and then don’t go to your manager when you can’t decide about the final price because you don’t make the finance decisions! You’re a salesman for a reason so earn your title, managers manages employees and not customers! I can’t even imagine how they make sales in new car department... More
