Wish I could give ZERO stars but I’ll give the 1 star to my salesman Osiel Martinez, he was friendly and got the exact car that I came in and wanted. When it’s time to close the deal if Antonio Caldwell is my salesman Osiel Martinez, he was friendly and got the exact car that I came in and wanted. When it’s time to close the deal if Antonio Caldwell is the Finance Manager Run, Run, Run. This guy in my opinion is a big liar. Very dishonest, fast talking, liar. I was sold a car supposedly for $22,495…after putting a down payment of $7000, how in the h@ll is the balance financed $22,000???? He will add on the extended warranty for $3000 plus tax and tell you that it is not optional and that it is part of the car price but I called the very next morning and cancelled that useless warranty on a new 2024 Sentra and I definitely see myself in civil court with this dealership if the $$$ is not credited to finance company. While sitting in the office with Antonio to close the deal he talks really fast when going through the paperwork to distract you from the numbers he is sneaking onto the contract. After reading over the contract there is a different price for the car than I was originally told. I have the window sticker with the price my salesman told me of $22,495, on one sheet to the DMV for title it states the car price for $23,507, on the finance sheet to the finance company it states the car price as $25,770. And after putting down $7000 it still states I owe $22,000 to the finance company. I am going to have a lawyer look into this contract and if there is any fraudulent or misrepresentation I will see them in court. I would advise anyone to not buy a car or do business with this place. With workers like Antonio I really regret purchasing my car from them. I made a huge mistake. More
