When my car went out and the warranty couldn’t be located, I spent two weeks going back and forth without resolution. I finally told Brian in Service that I was done—but even in that moment, Brian remained patient, kind, and understanding. Then came the turning point: Mr. George Murry. He called me directly, asked what I needed, and before I could even finish explaining, he simply said, “I’ve got you.” I had never heard that level of confidence and care from a dealership before, and I’ll admit—I was genuinely impressed. He told me he wanted to make me a lifetime customer, and from that moment forward, he backed up every word. George called me back with updates, explained what he had already taken care of, and outlined what I needed to do next. He even asked if I needed a ride, and that’s when Mr. Bruno Estrada stepped in. Bruno picked me up, made sure I felt safe, and treated me with the same level of care and professionalism. When I arrived at the dealership, George had everything ready. He held thoughtful, caring conversation and made me feel valued—not rushed, not dismissed, but truly cared for. Then I met Mr. Antonio Caldwell in Finance. By this point, I felt like royalty. He was professional, personable, and attentive to my concerns—though honestly, I didn’t have many left because the team had already exceeded every expectation. He handled everything with ease, warmth, and a sense of fun that made the process enjoyable. The dealership was clean, welcoming, and staffed with people who clearly take pride in their work. George, Bruno, and Antonio are exceptional representatives of what an award‑winning company looks like. April 28, I took my Nissan to the Burleson dealership. I complained that the suv died upon crossing the railroad tracks, the dash had a lot of warning lights on, the carplay panel flashed a couple of tim I complained that the suv died upon crossing the railroad tracks, the dash had a lot of warning lights on, the carplay panel flashed a couple of times. When the suv restarted I had no air conditioning or air flow. Service department said they could not find a problem. I complained again so they sent a employee to ride with me to verify the lost of power which didn't happen. I took pictures of the instrument panel when many warning lights flashed off an on, but i could only capture a couple when it happened again. Then I visited Nissan of ft worth, said they couldn't find anything and charged me for checking a front sensor. Today safety recall notice. It states your model may have a manufacturing defect leading to engine damage and engine failure, with a risk of engine failure and FIRE. I believed neither service department took my concerns seriously. Both service departments said they couldn't find a reason for the issues I am experiencing. I live in NE Oklahoma therefore we met in Thackerville, OK to exchange vehicles and sign paperwork. It was dark when we met so I didn’t notice until later unfortunately the car has several body line issues, panels not lining up correctly, which they did not tell me about. Even worse, the person that drove it to me ran tolls in Texas and did not tell me about that either. I found out by receiving a collection letter saying I owe $38. Contacted dealership but they were no help and have since stopped responding to me. More
