The car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. I was not kept up to date on what was happening. When I was called to be told it was ready, I was not told there would be any charges ( I assumed the extended warranty would cover everything like when I had the car looked at for the same issues previously), and was blindsided by a bill that I wasn’t expecting. Not at all what the process should be. Highly disappointed. I am unfortunately bound to the joke of a service department by the warranty. I have learned a valuable lesson: don’t get an extended warranty because they tie you to the dealer. Unfortunately if things break again, I have to deal with the incompetence that is the new norm there.
