The service department lied about the availability of loaner vehicles when I made an appointment to get the transmission looked at on my Sentra. The advisor was rude to my son, who I had drop the car off loaner vehicles when I made an appointment to get the transmission looked at on my Sentra. The advisor told him to”look at my back lot, I have hundreds of cars waiting” when he asked about the loaner, that I had been told “wasn’t going to be a problem” I tried contacting them to try and work this out, but they never saw it fit to even email me back.
