Once I dealt with Salesman, Joe Hernisey, and Sales Manager, Guss everything went very smooth. I traveled over 4 hrs. to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned and waiting out front for me when I arrived. I was met with an outstretched hand by manager Guss and soon met my salesman Joe. We were given the keys to the vehicle to check it out and within minutes the financing staff was ready for us. The dealership delivered our new car in an hour or less....it was a very hassle free experience. The delivery was a pleasant experience. Did I say this was the best deal in PA, VA, NY, MD, and NJ? I had been dealing with dealerships in all of these states and City beat them all. The price I was quoted over the phone and in email was the price I paid, there were no gimmicks. As a matter of fact my local dealer told me that he didn't see any way I could get the deal offered...I did. More

Service is fine, sales dept needs work I was considering on trading in my generation 1 Callenger in for a 2016 Challenger. Pulled into the dealership and went straight to a Challenger RT w I was considering on trading in my generation 1 Callenger in for a 2016 Challenger. Pulled into the dealership and went straight to a Challenger RT w/shaker hood. 30 minutes later, still no salesman approached me, however a couple was on the lot and a salesman ran right over to them. Same with another couple. I did notice salesmen inside watching me. I walked in the showroom a still no one asked if I needed help. One salesman was even sitting in a new Cherokee, playing on his phone! The sales manger is apparently not doing his job and the salesmen must be very well off that they don't need to make sales, because as a customer you should not have to chase a salesman down or simply be ignored! More

First I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and asked them to put some air in the tires because the light was on. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change (even with an appointment). Additionally, they did not put air in the tires even though I mentioned that it needed some and the light was on. I thought they did a check point when they service cars as they advertise this, so I was very annoyed that after spending 2 hours waiting I then had to stop at a gas station to put some air in my tires. Additionally they added the wrong meter mileage to the next service date sticker. Second bad experience was when I scheduled an appointment because the airbag light was on. My appointment was for 5PM and when I got there they told me that the work required a diagnostic and they don’t do that after 5PM. So basically I wasted time and gas to go there because I had to schedule another appointment. I would of thought the people doing the scheduling would have known this policy. I’ve had my Dodge Charger for only about a year now and I’ve already had about 5 recalls, so avoiding going there has been difficult I feel I should start paying rent as much time as I’ve been spending at this dealership. Spoke to a Michael about all the issues but didn't seem to care much. More

My wife and I never felt as if anyone was trying to push anything on us. The Finance Manager used two screens, with one pointed directly at me so that I can see everything that was being put in to the system. While, explaining the paperwork including the financing he constantly reminded me to ask questions if I did not understand something. I was thrilled with my experience and walked out with peace instead as feeling as though I just got robbed. More
