Barbara Pagano has not completed all the Required scheduled maintenance that is necessary to keep the "Tires For Life" guarantee. She also acknowledged that she signed and had on her person when she met with me the agreement that detailed the required maintenance also showing that Burlington Kia would give a 1,000 mile courtesy on any and all of the required maintenance items. If Barbara Pagano has any receipts showing that she completed ALL the required maintenance at Burlington Kia contradictory to the history shown on the Carfax, then I would be happy to revisit the issue.
