Alec was super transparent about how the car is leasing and aligning with our budget. His experience definitely shows and makes it comfortable to talk about what you want, budget, etc.. He did a good job of introducing us to other Kias we hadn't considered. Like most dealerships, there's the back and forth with finance to see if you'll settle outside your budget through a few offers, but they did accommodate our wishes perfectly in the end. Very flexible. The only drawback was that I found a fairly long scrape on the car once I saw it in the shade. It was on there before we drove off, just didn't notice because it was so sunny. It may buff out, but the car could've been detailed better before we took it. More
