Its like going home! I believe this is the 5th car purchased from Burlington KIA and will not be the last I'm sure. This is the 3rd time I went in for service and walked out with a new vehicle. When there you are treated like family and are given respect not BS. They advise, not hard sell. Cam in service takes time to listen to concerns, acts on them and quickly remedies the situation to perfection. John is the ultimate salesman and will do what is right for you. Dane the manager, is on top of everything and is steering the ship through good weather as well as storms and delivers the dealership to port safe for both themselves and customers. The finance department is informative and open about answering all questions and is truly concerned about your financial well being. I don't usually do testimonials to tout the abilities of others, but in this case I will stake my reputation on their abilities, sincerity, reputation, and knowledge. They all work as a team and yes even as a family! More

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for (2016 Kia with low miles) and made sure it was still on the lot and available. Right after lunch my wife and I took a 30 min ride to Burlington Kia. We met with Lance and he took great care of us. We got through the paperwork with no problems. My bank and insurance company took longer than it did to work with Lance. Pete did the financing paperwork and no big hassles with extended warranties. Didn't feel pressured at all! Drove it in just a few hours! Everyone there has a great attitude, and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely buy again in the future. More

Made it Right I was in the market for a used KIA Sedona and Burlington KIA offered the best price. There were a few issues with the rotors and sliding doors, but B I was in the market for a used KIA Sedona and Burlington KIA offered the best price.
