You streamlined our first experience with windshield damage and alleviated lots of stress, labor-intensive phone calls and fighting for a positive outcome.Our less than two inch crack/ nick spread to over 20 inches in less than two days and there we stood facing a dilemma with our coverage. The windshield is our first line of defense and we know any crack or chip obscures the line of vision and Steve’s vision is already compromised due to diabetes. Although we were both a bit nervous, you handled this entire challenge with dignity and respect. You are the true professional Gary and we thank you and appreciate you beyond measure! More

Other dealerships had alot of pressure and phone calls and bordered on the harassing side. One in particular was practically chasing me in the lot when I made it clear I was comparison shopping. Not at Burlington Kia. They asked what it would take (I already liked the vehicle). I had done my research and knew what was fair. I asked for what I felt was fair and we were able to get a deal done. In my opinion the worst is when people try to beat each other. Salesman want to beat the consumer, consumer wants to beat the salesman, etc. but it's the relationships built that makes the deal worthwhile. Becuase of that I will use them for Service and recommend others to buy a Kia there if they are interested in one. More
