Outstanding service I was in the market for a new KIA for my daughter who is commencing college this year. I needed a dependable car for her since she will be commuting a I was in the market for a new KIA for my daughter who is commencing college this year. I needed a dependable car for her since she will be commuting a lot from home, school and work. Upon arriving at the dealership I was quickly greeted by Brian Bonner who made us feel welcomed and at ease which was good since I was already apprehensive with the stigma that car salesmen have. He asked how he could help and allow us to set the expectation. He listened to our needs and directed us to the appropriate vehicles with no bait and switch moves. He made the purchasing processes efficiently, smooth and stress free but above all he was honest. I have purchased many cars and this is the first time the process had gone so fast. He went up and beyond by taking his time to sit in the car with us to explain and setup all the systems in the car while finances was processing the paperwork. In addition he drove us to Blackwood to have my mom sign documentation as co signer for my daughter since she was elderly and couldn't drive at night. The team work between him and Joe made it effortless. Thanks for an amazing job. More
