I was looking for a good newer reliable used car. 2 days later I made it to the dealership. I was not happy qithe the salesman they had choosen. He showed me several cars & I test drove the 1 I really was interested in. I was going back & forth with the cost, year color, features. He started making me feel as though I was wasting his time, which I had my brother on the phone with me (face time). My brother was aware of the situation and told me to go in and speak to the sales manager which I did. He apologized to me and said he will appoint another salesperson. I was aggravated and said I would come back another day. I went back because I really wanted the car & the sales manager seem to be sincere. I called & he set up the appointment with Brian. Brian showed me how a customer's service is to be treated. I was very impressed & also wanted that car which had it not been for the sales manager care about the customer service I would have gone to another dealership. Than you Jean Claud and Brian.
