Was not expecting to buy! My wife and I went in just to look at the new Tellurides and they did not have any on the lot. As we were leaving our salesman Brian caught notice that a new car carrier was pulling in the lot and asked us if we'd still be interested in viewing one in person. Needless to say, we fell in love with it and the rest is history. Brian was fantastic and the staff around him worked diligently to get us a good trade in value on our car, and very fair payments for our new Telluride. I would recommend seeing Brian and his staff the next time you want to buy or lease a car. You wont be disappointed. More

Burlington Kia was a refreshing experience I had been searching for a Kia Telluride SX, which are nearly impossible to find. Burlington Kia was my first stop on my search of this vehicle. This I had been searching for a Kia Telluride SX, which are nearly impossible to find. Burlington Kia was my first stop on my search of this vehicle. This is when I met Alec Marcakis and Joe Mazzaferro. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact model I was looking for. Rather than pushing me into something I was not looking for, they took my information and told me they would contact me when the exact vehicle was delivered to their lot. This to me was extremely refreshing, considering any other time I have purchased a vehicle, the dealership/salesperson has been extremely pushy in trying to sell me something different if they did not have what I was searching for. The excessive emails and phone calls that follow when searching for a new can be extremely annoying and disruptive. Well, I am here to tell you, this WAS NOT the case at Burlington Kia. Exactly 2 weeks after I originally met with Alec, I received a phone call from him, letting me know that they just received the model vehicle I was looking for. Knowing the difficulty of finding this vehicle, I immediately drove to the dealership with intention to purchase. Alec as well as Joe were ready for me when I arrived. They made the purchase of this vehicle seamless. Within about 2 hours, we had agreed on a deal, signed all the paperwork, took delivery of the vehicle, and was on my way home. I am 45 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my life. This experience was HANDS DOWN the BEST I have ever encountered with a car dealership.
