They worked with me for a LONG time over multiple weeks as I was trying to navigate all of my options. They understood my situation and I felt that they genuinely wanted to help me which is a rare feeling when in a dealership. We ended up deciding that the SUV was not worth the fix & we worked out a deal for the 2016 Sorrento and although it was a little pricier that I was wishing for, it was beyond fair when the status of my old SUV was taken into account. I was able to get rid of the headache of a car & get into something new while keeping my sanity. Gary & Joe were there to assist me with all of my questions and never made it seem like I was the annoying person that I was most likely being to them. I previously bought my 2013 Optima from this dealership as well with a different sales person who is no longer there but it would be my goal to work with Gary on any deal when it comes to getting a new car.
