After testing the Kia Optima Hybrid a total of 3 times, I made the decision to purchase one. Trying to work with a few dealers in my area, I became frustrated as most of them weren't working with me on my t made the decision to purchase one. I started to do an internet search and contacting numerous dealers via phone and email - with Burlington Kia being one of them. I got in touch with Angie who was absolutely professional and the sweetest lady I may have ever spoken with on the phone (for any business - let alone a car dealership). I explained my situation and Angie listened and respected the fact that I was over an hour+ away from the dealership. She provided me guidance and advice - offering solutions to possibly get the money I needed for my trade. She actually put the customer first - who does that anymore? In the end, I didn't buy the car from Burlington Kia because my local dealer ended up making the deal I wanted in the end. That being said, if you want to work with a knowledgeable and respectful salesperson for your new Kia - call Angie and you won't regret it. I wish this dealer was closer - just because of the fact they put the customer first. P.S. - My Optima EX hybrid averaged over 41.2 MPG and I got 535 miles out of the first tank - and my commute is 70% stop-n-go / 30% highway miles.. easily beating the window sticker! If you're thinking about getting the hybrid version - do it and you won't be sorry! More

When we got there the first person to greet us was John. He was so friendly and extremely helpful. I'm a college student and I needed a car very badly. My parents wanted me to get a new one and I was iffy about it because it can be expensive, but for a brand new kia soul (my dream car) I got the best deal ever! John was so amazing and kept promising me and my parents that we were gonna get a good deal and he was right! They even gave me a college student discount. The whole process was a breeze and it wasn't even nerve racking or hectic like I thought it was going to be. At first we were going to go to Cherry Hill Triplex but then I looked up they're BBB rating and they had an "F" so I looked up Burlington Kia's BBB rating and they had an "A+". My parents had gotten cars through Burlington Kia before and the people here were always so helpful so now we know whenever we need a car for my sister then we are definitely coming back here.
