Overall terrible experience. From start to finish Burns was constantly messing up my time here. After leaving Burns with my new car, I received calls almost daily about paperwork being wrong, they forgot t was constantly messing up my time here. After leaving Burns with my new car, I received calls almost daily about paperwork being wrong, they forgot to have a form signed, or they had the wrong form signed. On top of that, they messed up mine and my cosigners addresses. It was made explicitly clear that any paperwork had to be sent to my address and come to find out everything was being sent to a different address, including billing statements. I had to reach out to Burns after a couple months of not receiving my first billing statement just to find out that they were being sent somewhere else and now having late payments. Will not recommend this place ever. Terrible customer service as well as nobody has gotten back to me. More
