Greatest service I've ever had when buying a car. The staff goes out of there way to make sure you leave satisfied. I purchased a band new 2021 Sonata Limited on the 28th of December. My sales consultant staff goes out of there way to make sure you leave satisfied. I purchased a band new 2021 Sonata Limited on the 28th of December. My sales consultant, Christopher Solorio was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle, but also just the most pleasant person who you would ever want to sell you a car. He wasn't pushy, and he answered all of my questions. I can say the same for the Finance Manager Ann Marie Sprague. She's probably the nicest person you would ever want to sign you life away to. For all the questions I had for Chris, I had twice as many for her. Before you leave they have people who help familiarize you with your vehicles amenities, and for me that person was Holly Mazzio. She was also very knowledgeable about everything in the vehicle and a lot of help as far at how to navigate the basics. Sadly though, shortly after getting my Sonata home the same day, I experienced an issue that left me feeling as if the car wasn't road worthy. Not only was I able to get service that same day, but they also went out of there way to make me whole. Unfortunately what ever issues I'd had were unable to be recreated, and the engine left no error codes behind. The staff understood that the situation made me feel uncomfortable, at least in that particular vehicle. They happen to have had a second vehicle with the exact same configuration, and drew up new paperwork for me. Throughout the entire process I was in constant contact with the sales manager, Mike Brady, and there was no hesitation on his part. He didn't try to convince me the one I had was fine. He understood how I felt. He was one of several driving forces behind me leaving both a happy and newly loyal customer. Thank you guys again, I Intend to tell everyone that Burn's Hyundai is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a car, and Chris is the person to ask for. More
